Denis Brichta
Denis is responsible for managing tenders and quotes in conjunction with office and field estimators. Denis has a thorough understanding of the tendering process and is skilled in analyzing project requirements to ensure that our bids are accurate and competitive. Denis is also responsible for maintaining strong relationships with new & existing clients, ensuring that we always deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Denis’s qualifications include;
Diploma in Building & Construction.
Certificate IV in Building and Construction.
Licensed Builder - License No. 262642C.

Mike Pynt
Mike is responsible for day to day company operations and compliance. Mike has unparalleled technical expertise in all facets of remedial building and remedial engineering. He has worked in just about every area of domestic and commercial construction. Mike is a skilled draftsperson and has drafted design and construct projects over a period of 20 years. His experience ranges from structural glazing, waterproofing, HVAC design, electrical layouts through to complex roof framing and everything in between. Mike is regularly called upon for technical advice by engineers and architects.
Mike’s qualifications include;
Diploma in Building & Construction.
Certificate IV in Building and Construction.
Vectorworks Drafting.
Licensed Builder - License No. 43729.
Class 2 Registered Building Practitioner - BUP0000714
Chris Dussek
Chris is a trade carpenter/licensed builder, who coordinates and manages multiple teams on various SRS sites. Chris has 20 years of metal roofing experience, and plays a key role in the success of many SRS jobs, both in NSW and in the ACT.
Chris' qualifications include;
Certificate III in Carpentry.
Certificate II in Metalliferous Mining Operations
Licensed Builder.
