SRS completely transformed this building, installing structural glass balustrades to 127 balconies and 127 new sliding door units to the balconies.
We also replaced 448 windows over the twin towers with high-performance commercial variants, including insect screens and double glazing in many units.
We then chemically stripped and repainted the entire exterior of the building after completing 2600L of concrete spalling repairs
Additionally SRS installed fire separations as required by the consultants.
The project was completed using external access with 10 company-owned swinging stages in order to limit disruption to the residents through the works period.
The project was completed both on-time, and under budget, once again proving SRS’ capability to add value to built assets through remediation and maintenance.
