SRS replaced the failed metal roof at this building by using the proven Sika Sarnafil metal roof retro-fit system.

The occupants remained in the building which was kept watertight throughout the project as the existing metal roof remains in place.

The result is a seamless acoustic and thermally insulated roof that is designed to perform for at least as long as the first metal roof.

The system is anchored against wind uplift and cross wind drag as the building is in close proximity to Sydney Harbour’s on shore winds.
