Balcony Upgrades — Chatswood

SRS was engaged to refurbish multiple balconies across the complex, addressing long-standing issues with waterproofing and finishes. Our scope included the removal of existing sliding doors, tiling, screeds, and old waterproofing systems. Once stripped, we installed new cavity flashings and applied a robust PVC physical sheet membrane to ensure effective and long-lasting waterproofing.

The decks were re-tiled using a laser-level suspended tile system, which offered numerous advantages over traditional methods, including improved drainage, precise leveling, and reduced load on the underlying structure. This innovative approach delivered a superior finish that enhanced both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
