Cladding Works — Apartment Building — Rhodes

SRS has been engaged to carry out the replacement of non-compliant cladding with new solid alloy cladding, including new heavy duty framing.

Type of works undertaken in the project

SRS' works on this project involved using our in-house scaffolders for external vertical access while ensuring no damage to the existing landscaping, balconies, and terraces occurred. From there, SRS replaced the combustible facade cladding, ensuring compliance with updated Australian Standards.
