Facade Upgrade — Randwick

SRS transformed this building with new structural glass balustrades, 127 sliding door units, and 448 high-performance windows. We completed 2600 liters of concrete repairs, a full exterior repaint, and installed fire separations. Using 10 swinging stages, the project was finished on time and under budget with minimal disruption to residents.

Scope of Works

SRS completely revitalized this building with a comprehensive upgrade program. Our team installed sleek structural glass balustrades and 127 new sliding door units across all balconies, enhancing both safety and aesthetics. In addition, 448 windows spanning the twin towers were replaced with high-performance commercial-grade variants, many featuring insect screens and double glazing for improved comfort and efficiency.

The project also involved extensive concrete remediation, with 2600 liters of spalling repairs completed before chemically stripping and repainting the entire exterior to restore the building's modern appeal. Fire separations were installed as per consultant requirements, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

To minimize disruption to residents, all work was carried out using 10 of SRS’s company-owned swinging stages, showcasing our commitment to efficient, resident-friendly project execution. The project was delivered on time and under budget, reinforcing SRS’s reputation for adding long-term value to built assets through expert remediation and maintenance.
