SRS expertly re-membraned the entire roof of the Menzies Library using Sika Sarnafil ‘Decor Roof,’ a high-performance solution designed to replicate the appearance of weathered copper and zinc roofing while delivering superior durability and waterproofing. This innovative system not only preserves the aesthetic integrity of the iconic building but also ensures long-term performance and compliance with modern standards.

In addition to the roof upgrade, SRS undertook a comprehensive restoration and enhancement of the building’s sandstone façade. Our team cleaned, repaired, and upgraded the façade, revitalizing its appearance and improving the overall integrity of the historic masonry.
