SRS has been engaged to replace the failed standing seam roof at a waterfront house in Hunters Hill.
We designed a new Fatra high performance roofing system to comply with section J1.3 of the NCC – thermal efficiency of R3.7
The roof build up included 75mm PIR insulation with 4.5mm CFC hardtop laminate – this allowed us to increase the depth of the box gutters and then incorporate the gutters into a seamless PVC roofing system which means they can never overflow into the residence.
Finally we designed and fabricated a new VM Zinc standing seam roof to overlay the seamless membrane roof to mimic the original roof.
We truly believe that SRS is the only company with the breadth of experience to undertake this extremely technically challenging roof replacement.
When you need the big guns in high performance membrane roofing there is 1 logical choice – SRS
