SRS has been contracted to re-waterproof the internal box gutters with Fatra’s membrane system, as well as reinforce the brickwork parapet to various areas of the building.

SRS has also replaced the rotted framing and roof decking with a Modwood composite decking system as per the building’s request.

Furthermore, SRS will also be replacing the existing drainage outlets, overflow devices, rainheads, and downpipes.
